How these reviews are different: If you’re after reviews of tripe and lamb’s brain, you’re in the wrong place. While I quite like a bit of bone marrow with my baguette, and have been known to sample sweet breads and various parts of the pig in ramen concoctions, I’m pretty much a purist at heart. I also don’t have an unlimited editorial budget or free gym membership, so what you’re going to get are my opinions—sometimes quite drunken opinions—of various restaurants. Perhaps I’ve been once, perhaps I’ve been a dozen times. There’s no scientific formula.
